熱海の土石流
線状降水帯が今年も大被害をもたらした。
詳細はまだ不明だが熱海で土石流が発生しかなりの数の人が被災したのではないかと言われている。
あの辺りは、２０年ほど前までは仕事の関係でよく行った場所であり、逢初橋は源頼朝と北条政子の出会いの場所として何度も聞いていた小さな橋であった。
熱海は、土地が狭いので山の上の急傾斜地まで人家が密集しており、東海道線を境に上と下の地層が随分と違い、自分が仕事していたころから土石流の被害があちこちで予想されていた場所であった。
そんな場所にゴルフ場や大規模など旅館などの設備も保水能力をさらに低めていた可能性があり、この開発を認めてきた人災が今後議論されてしかるべきなのだが、、、、、、
